12.08.09
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Senator Joe Lieberman (ID-CT) issued the following statement in response to the proposal for job creation outlined by President Obama at the Brookings Institution today:
"In these difficult economic times, job creation should be our top priority. I applaud the President's announcement today urging Congress to consider new proposals that will help further drive down our unemployment rate.
