Please note that flag orders cannot be processed until payment is received. Please send your check or money order to my office as soon as possible. You must send your payment a MINIMUM of six weeks before the desired flying date. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery after the flying date. Checks should be made out to 'The Keeper of the Stationery.' Please indicate the flag recipient's name in the memo section of your check. Send your check or money order to:

*Every effort will be made by the Senate Flag Office to fly the flag on the date requested; however, due to high demand on certain dates it may not be possible in all cases. Some dates that have traditionally been in high demand include: New Years Day; Valentine’s Day; Memorial Day; Flag Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; September 11; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Also due to high demand, the Flag Office is unable to keep in stock flags flown in the past. Therefore, we cannot provide flags for dates that have already passed.
